When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped in 2 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive. If you have an event date you need your order for please reach out to our client services team and we will work to make sure your product arrives in time!

Am I allowed to return items?
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
